Superb sales and service My fiancee and I were in for service on our 2015 Altima. She noticed a white board "requesting" her car for a buy-back program. Eric Sparrow was rando My fiancee and I were in for service on our 2015 Altima. She noticed a white board "requesting" her car for a buy-back program. Eric Sparrow was randomly selected to assist us. After running the numbers it seemed our 2014 maxima was a better trade. He brought out a beautiful black SV, which i initially felt wasn't equipped well enough for my liking. He showed us all of its features and I was pleasantly surprised. I gained a car 3 years newer, with 30 miles on it, navigation and a few safety items. Yeah I lost my beloved moonroof and the Bose audio system, however, the overall value, style, function, fit, finish and ambiance were unquestionable. The fact that I can add a moonroof later put my mind at ease. Bottom line, I really liked my 2014 maxima....my 2017.5 is on a whole other level! More
