Took a couple of weeks to write the review because I had to make sure that everything checked out, so apologies. Bought a 2017 M340i in early September from Platinum, I've taken it through some tests and to make sure that everything checked out, so apologies. Bought a 2017 M340i in early September from Platinum, I've taken it through some tests and I have to say that I'm really impressed with the car. Its basically 'A' condition inside and out, no mechanical or structural problems. It seems that they are really good at attending to these details before they sell you a car, thats a huge plus. Brand new Kinforest sport tires are a nice touch too, although I can't say for sure if this was the previous owner or the dealership. Everybody that works at Platinum are really nice, from the front desk to the sales associates. Eric Shirzad was the associate that helped me through the buying process. He a cool guy, straight shooter, no bs. I gave him a financing number and we were able to work out a payment structure that was manageable. Thanks Eric, your help and straightfowardness was refreshing compared to some places I was visiting. Overall I have to say that Platinum is legit, super satisfied with the overall experience. Thanks everybody you will see me again in the future when I come back to get one of those 911's😄. -Neal More

When you pay for a very expensive vehicle, you expect everything to be in fantastic working order when you collect it. This is not the case with this company. Had to return the car to have further work o everything to be in fantastic working order when you collect it. This is not the case with this company. Had to return the car to have further work on it. They attempt to do the repairs but either rush or don’t do them fully. (Infotainment not working) this is down to you!!! Doesn’t live up to your expectations when you pay for an expensive car. Service is good but one sided. More
