This is the second time we have leased a Toyota from Ed Martin. On both occasions, Sky Estes has been our sales person. I contacted Ed Martin Toyota about leasing a new Rav-4 hybrid. CP was able to answer all my questions about the vehicles options and safety features. I hadn’t driven one before so he politely asked if I w hybrid. CP was able to answer all my questions about the vehicles options and safety features. I hadn’t driven one before so he politely asked if I wanted to come in and test drive to see what I thought. We set up an appointment for a few days later. Once I arrived to the dealership, CP had a vehicle exactly like I wanted pulled up front and ready to drive. He showed me all of the features I had asked about and even a few more. The negotiations were painless for both parties. I had never leased, however CP made me feel comfortable about my decision. Within an hour I was driving away with my new vehicle. The entire staff was friendly and seemed to care about my business. I plan on showing off my new vehicle to friends and family. I can’t thank Ed Martin and CP enough!! More
