Walked into the dealership to sell a car I had inherited… after meeting Eric, and speaking with him I decided to go forward and purchase a new vehicle. NOT because he was aggressive or pushy… the exact oppos after meeting Eric, and speaking with him I decided to go forward and purchase a new vehicle. NOT because he was aggressive or pushy… the exact opposite! I then sold the dealership a separate vehicle. It was simply the easiest and most comfortable car buying/selling experience I have ever had.. and this is the 4th car I have purchased from this dealership since 2000. Eric was so kind and personable to work with. Also want to mention Dave who was great as well. I never thought I would use the word “delightful” when speaking about buying a car..but it really was!! Eric went above and beyond and I truly appreciate it. More

Everyone was very nice and professional during the buying and selling of our trade in. Post sale however, it was very difficult to communicate issues to sales, finance, or any manager to get them resolved. and selling of our trade in. Post sale however, it was very difficult to communicate issues to sales, finance, or any manager to get them resolved. We were given the wrong key fob for our second key. Dealership not willing to look for correct key or send new one to me as I am out of state. When registering vehicle they included both myself and my husband after being told repeatedly I would be the only one the car should be registered under and will be the only one listed on the title. They also used the wrong address to register the car. Getting these issues resolved take time and money and the dealership has not returned phone calls and customer service has been nothing short of abysmal. There are also things wrong with the vehicle, such as the entire entertainment system doing a hard restart mid drive multiple times in an hours time. This was not disclosed at sale and did not present itself during our test drive, but should be under warranty. Again this will take time and is an inconvenience to have fixed and was not expected with a certified preowned on top of a dealership that has a 4.7 star rating. I would not recommend buying from this dealership. The car I traded in of course has been listed for sale, and we noticed that the pictures posted online were taken prior to us agreeing to sell the car and included my tags and even our personal belongings clearly still in the car. This was also a little strange to me. More
