I am incredibly pleased with my RAV4 so far, as well as looking forward to having a true warranty that will actually protect me. If the worst happens, I was offered Gap as well unlike my last purchase. They worked very hard with capital one, handling set backs and readjustments with professionalism. I fully believe they accommodated me to the absolute best of their abilities to fix my situation, truly making peanuts on such effort compared to other traditional car buyers. Errol took fantastic care of me on the Rental side. I have had 4 cars with him and not a single one or experience wasn't smooth as silk. Man is efficient and good at what he does. Lastly, William is professional, intelligent, and has excellent customer service that makes you feel like you're truly talking with another human being trying to help you with what he happens to specialize in as opposed to just hanging you a invoice and talking you into spending more than necessary.
