When I set foot in Handy Toyota on a holiday Friday (Easter Weekend), it wasn't super busy, but I realized I wasn't the only one who wanted to at least check out some cars on a nice Spring day. Nonethe (Easter Weekend), it wasn't super busy, but I realized I wasn't the only one who wanted to at least check out some cars on a nice Spring day. Nonetheless, I had my eyes set on a Scion iM hatchback, and Donovan assisted me with the test drive setup and the post-drive analysis. While Donovan helped crunch the numbers, I weighed my options, mental gears grinding; at no point did I feel any pressure to drive away with a new car. However, there was an offer I could not pass up, and I had to claim the iM. Once i decided on the car, Eric from finance helped explain everything that Handy offers in terms of warranties/coverages and other plans. Again, I did not feel any pressure to add on the plans. Overall, it was a great, simple experience (as simple as buying a car can get, lol). Donovan and Eric did an excellent job with everything, and if I happen to catch another nifty Toyota, I know where to go :) More
