Even in these extraordinary timers, Ali made the experience easy. He was very helpful in navigating the process and explaining the intricacies of my new car. Finance personnel were excellent, explained well and did not push products unnecessarily. If anyone is going to consider a Toyota, I would send them to Ali. I'm happy I made the switch to Toyota. Ok, let's talk about the Handy Toyota Team. They were amazing. I stopped on a day to just look and before you knew it I was driving away with a car of my dreams. I had a Toyota for 13yrs and felt the need to upgrade. Jake Smith is one of the most personable guy I have ever met. Real down to earth and so not pushy at all (like the stereotype goes) . It was the end of his day so we made an appt for the following day. He researched cars for me and got me an amazing car. Then we met Eric who did all the $$$ part. He explained everything to me in a language I could understand. Jake and Eric both worked way passed their hours to make sure I was happy. Picked up my car the following day (which was Jake's day off) He came in made sure she was gassed and cleaned up real pretty for me. Took the time to go over some pretty key things about the car, since a lot has changed in 13yrs. Also, made sure that I have his number to call with any questions or that I could stop in anytime and he will answer or go over things with me if I needed him too. If you are looking to buy a car Handy Toyota is the place to be. I know where I will be going from now on. Thank you Jake and Eric Derick and I will forever be grateful for you help and kindness.
