I gave Ali a call the day after our car was heavily damaged in an accident. He responded immediately to our inquiry about replacing our car if in fact it was deemed a total loss. Next we knew we’d want to test one out, so we set up an appointment at Handy Toyota in xx. Albans and met with Josh to try a few different models. A couple test drives later we were signing the papers to walk away with a lightly used Highlander Hybrid that fell right within our budget. Josh handed us off to Eric for financing and the process couldn’t have gone more smoothly. We’re 2 weeks in and we absolutely love this thing!
