He was professional, detail-oriented and knowledgeable about the car. As well, within a few short hours he and Anthony Lucas (Finance) made sure that all the required paperwork (registration, tags, etc.) was completed making the purchase a true one-stop experience. Most other auto sales folks make the buyer uneasy because they hide/ask irrelevant questions, try to be nice when it's so evident that they're scheming. Excellent service by Eric Eric is a consummate professional that was attentive, personal and very easy to deal with. He made the process easy. Outside of his control however was the length of time it took for us to pay for the car. Even though we paid cash, there was only one person in the Finance department thus we waited for 1.5 hours to write a check. Again, this has nothing to do with Eric. Once in Finance, we were in and out in 15 minutes. More

Eric Lovo and the team at BMW of Silver Spring provided 5-star service during my purchase of a new 2018 330i xDrive. I keep raving about the excellent car buying experience, because it truly was phenomenal and cannot be overstated. After serving overseas for five years, I was looking forward to buying a BMW upon return to the U.S. and had a very specific model and options in mind. I initially used the USAA Car Buying Service, but quickly got frustrated with the dealerships that were trying to offload their inventory on me. They didn't understand that I wanted to build my own and kept spamming my inbox with nonsense. I was ready to throw in the towel when I received an e-mail from Eric Lovo which was different than the rest, because it was personalized and asked for one shot to win my business. After I sent him my specifications he quickly replied with an offer that I couldn't refuse. Without hesitation I accepted it and sent my downpayment. My experience with BMW of Silver Spring was even better when I arrived at the dealership to pick up my car. As I was signing the paperwork, the finance manager noticed that my APR with USAA was higher than others he had recently seen. I called USAA, while at the dealership, and was able to negotiate a lower rate on the spot. I could go on and on about how great of an experience I had, but I'll stop here. Simply stated, I took time out of my schedule to write this review, which I normally don't do, because the team at BMW of Silver Spring genuinely cares about its customers and provides 5-star service to the military. More

I worked with Eric Lovo when I brought my mother to purchase a new 4 series. Eric was very respectful, and displayed knowledge and patience throughout the whole process, both as he explained the car’s features to her, as well as locating the vehicle with the exact specifications and color combination that we desired—which I know wasn’t easy because we were very picky. What I appreciated the most about Eric was that he struck the right balance between making us feel comfortable by not being pushy or trying to rush us into a decision, yet working quickly and not wasting our time, which in my experience are rare, noble traits at car dealerships. Overall, I was very happy with Eric, would highly recommend him to anyone shopping for a car, and will be returning to him soon when I’m in the market for a new car. —Nima More
