Fantastic experience at BMW of Silver Spring and Eric Lovo I worked worth Eric Lovo on my purchase of a new BMW. I scheduled time with Eric and he set up test drives of 4 or 5 cars in which I expressed interes I worked worth Eric Lovo on my purchase of a new BMW. I scheduled time with Eric and he set up test drives of 4 or 5 cars in which I expressed interest. Eric made himself available for about four hours as I drove and re-drove the cars. He answered my questions and offered thoughts but was very unintrusive during the process. After I settled on two possibilities, he gave me more time the following day so my wife could drive my top choices. After making my pick of models (a 540i xDrive), Eric spent additional time helping me decide on options and colors, explaining what some of the options were and finding cars on which I could experience the option or see the color. I have seldom had such a terrific experience shopping for anything! When I finally decided what I wanted Eric ran searches to find my car. Unfortunately, it was not to be found within the target search area. No problem at all since BMW will custom build you the car you want! How awesome is that?! Unfortunately, BMW doesn't build cars in Germany in August and this was end of July. So I'd have to wait a month or so to place my order. When BMW mfg came back online the ordering website indicated a few new colors were available on the 5-series cars. This turned out to be perfect since I had "settled" on an earlier color. Unfortunately there were no cars in the immediate area with my new choice of color - Anthracite Black II Metallic. I finally placed my order in early November and took delivery of my beautiful new custom-built BMW 540i xDrive in Anthracite Black II Metallic the week before Christmas. My experience with BMW of Silver Spring and, specifically, with Eric Lovo was fantastic! I would happily recommend this dealer and Eric Lovo to anyone shopping for a car. More

Great sales rep Ive bought 3 cars in the last 4 years and buying a certified pre-owned BMW was one of a number of possibilities for me this time around. I found four Ive bought 3 cars in the last 4 years and buying a certified pre-owned BMW was one of a number of possibilities for me this time around. I found four similar cars on line that interested me, two at BMW Silver Spring and two in Fairfax. I emailed both and heard right back from Silver Spring client advisor Eric Lovo. We met the next day, talked about what i was in the market for and what they had available that interested me. Eric was one of the nicest, most knowledgeable, helpful sales people I have ever had the pleasure to deal with in 30 years of buying cars. No high pressure (i would have headed for the door) and no attempt to sell me something I didn't want. Just did a great job of helping me thoroughly understand the cars they had there and offered to help get to "yes" on one of those or help me find something else that I might like (not try to push me into something else they had). Very unfortunately for me, family needs won out and I opted to go a non-BMW route but, had I purchased one, it would have been through BMW of Silver Spring and largely due to Eric. By the way, if Fairfax BMW is reading this, I am still waiting for a call back...thanks for nothing. More

Eric was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable, answering my many question regarding BMW products. I'm the type of person that asks a ton of questions and Eric was patient enough to not only indulge me, but he made me feel very comfortable asking questions regard the BMW M4. I went into BMW of Silver Spring knowing little about the M4, but I left with a pretty good knowledge base of the M4. Yes, I was there on an information fact finding expedition and Eric provided me with all information I needed. I will definitely revisit BMW of Silver Spring for the purchase of my future BMW and hopefully Eric Lovo will be available to assist me. Thanks Eric, you definitely have a future customer in me.
