I met Eric at the dealership to look at a couple of vehicles. With his help I decided to test drive an accura SUV. I was quite pleased with the test drive. We returned to the dealership Eric got my information, negotiated a price, and delivered the vehicle to my home. I had a flight to catch in the afternoon, and was concerned that it would be cumbersome ordeal. I was quite surprised as Eric helped me get through all of the paperwork in a reasonable amount of time. I would return to this dealership if the need for another vehicle arose, and recommend others visit. Happy holidays Steve Murphy More

Straight shooter I felt Eric had the right balance between understanding his employer needs to make money, but at the same time I’m trying to save money for my family. At no fault of Eric’s, his managers initial unwillingness to provide the second key which was not recovered by the dealership could have really soured the deal. Hence the five stars for Eric and 4 for the dealership. More
