James Guttridge, finance manager was very helpful and friendly. He kept me talking and happy while we transferred my money! The car was ready to go within a couple hours. Eric even helped me recover my St Christopher medal in my trade in car with some pliers. I interacted with Carl and Andrew and the front desk (who had a cute mask). All were very friendly.
