We have been with Wilde Lexus since our move to Florida the fall of 2016. A Florida friend recommended them, as their grandson worked there and he stated that it was the absolute best place to work, and a the fall of 2016. If a business runs this way out of the public view, then their service to the public most assuredly would be exemplary. Each visit to Wilde, whether it was for service, tire air check, or purchasing a vehicle, has always been a most pleasant experience. From the welcome desk, to the friendly visible staff, to the mechanics in the back bays…..everyone made us feel welcome and well cared for. We quickly became a Wilde Lexus loyal customer for life. Eric Gruendl was our sales associate that helped us with our car purchase and trade-in last week. He was kind, professional, patient, and provided a detailed overview for each car we were considering. Upon choosing our next Lexus Eric took care of every detail to make the experience painless and seamless. Additionally, he took extra steps to accommodate us outside due to our high-risk factor to Covid. Eric clearly went above and beyond to offer us outstanding customer care! More

Eric Gruendl is the best! I checked around other dealerships either in person or by phone searching for what I wanted and found that Eric was who I wanted to buy from. He was knowledgeable, profess dealerships either in person or by phone searching for what I wanted and found that Eric was who I wanted to buy from. He was knowledgeable, professional & accommodating. Came back to the dealership once to meet me after he had gone for the day. Never pushy but guided me in the buying process. I can spot someone who treats a customer like "another deal" and someone who truly appreciates the long term value of a satisfied customer. Our first Lexus was purchased thru Sarasota Lexus on the Trail, before the Wilde Group purchased the dealership. We've owned at least 5 or more Lexus vehicles over several years. We keep coming back for more. We enjoy using Wilde, because customer service is the number one priority with the dealership. We've purchased both new and used cars, used the service department and the body shop over the years and have been very pleased with each encounter. The latest transaction, with Eric and Kenny was very satisfying. I am a finicky buyer and can be hard to please. Kenny explained everything professionally. Eric truly earned the sale. He would not make the delivery until.all my issues were handled to my satisfaction, not his. He's a bright young man with a great future in your company, a real asset. More
