The 2015 RX350 was coming up on 40,000 miles (3-years of a 4-year lease), and we talked with our Service Manager Debbie Millis because our regular Salesman had been promoted, so she recommended David Keyso. After discussing some options and a test drive with David, my wife and I were driving out of the dealership with a 2018 RX350. David made the transaction low-stress and up-front, and we were in and out of the dealership by the time both cars had been serviced. The team of Service Managers, Sales, and Finance experts continue to be top-notch, and now this is the 5th LEXUS we have bought from Wilde Lexus of Sarasota. We will probably be back next year to do the same on the 2016 CT200H. Thank you! More

Being new to Florida by three years My wife and I have had a Lexus SUV for many years and never debated what we would replace it with: another Lexus. Being new to Florida by three years, we visited Wilde Lexus in Sarasota to start our search for a new car. Fortunately we met Greg Dowdy who, in short order, found us the exact pre-owned car we wanted. We cannot say enough kind words about Greg. He was the consummate professional and a real gentleman. It is because of people like Greg that Lexus is so successful and the reason they will get our future business. I would be remiss not to add that Eric was great at explaining the car's technology, which is frankly awesome. Also, Frank did a great job handling all of the paperwork and answering our questions. Great experience at Wilde Lexus While shopping for a new car Jan and I visited five dealerships. Including Mercedes, Acura, BMW, Lincoln and Toyota. Upon entering Wilde Lexus we were While shopping for a new car Jan and I visited five dealerships. Including Mercedes, Acura, BMW, Lincoln and Toyota. Upon entering Wilde Lexus we were approached by your salesperson Jeff Serensky. His style was welcoming, professional but not too pushy like some other sales people we dealt with. Both Jan and I immediately felt comfortable with Jeff and thought this would be a great person to deal with in purchasing a car. We went forward and bought a RX 350 . We would both agree Jeff and his continued follow up with us was a major factor in the purchase. He seemed to be our partner in this mission of buying a car, not just a sales person looking for a commission. Lastly the technical guy " Eric " could not have been nicer and more helpful in teaching us the ins and outs of the Lexus RX 350. He took his time and made sure we were comfortable with our new car before leaving. We very much appreciated that. I feel we found a home at Wilde Lexus and look forward to dealing with both Jeff and Eric in the future. More
