He was so informative and took the time to answer all my questions. He spent 2 hours with us that day. Then 10 months later in my search for a vehicle with specific options, I found it at Wilde Lexus and called Jim. He even remembered me after such a long time. Jim was never pushy. He returned calls, emails and texts when he said he would. I wanted a few items taken care of before delivery and he made sure they were all done to our satisfaction without any pushback. He is the only auto salesman I’ve ever been so comfortable with as well as being so knowledgeable about the vehicles. I would definitely recommended contacting Jim if you are interested in a Lexus.
