Every aspect of my experience with Cityside Subaru was outstanding. I spoke with Brian O'Malley on the phone and he connected me with Mike DiFrancisco, who was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He and Nathan Williams went the extra mile to make sure I got the exact car I wanted, and Eric Burd made the financial bits downright pleasant - a first for me! When picking up the car, Mike spent extra time with me to be sure I knew how everything worked before I drove off the lot. Adam Gelfusa even made a brief appearance when my cranky phone refused to pair with the Crosstrek (silly thing), and helped me to resolve the issue quickly. I have leased many cars over the years, but I have never been more impressed with a car dealership. Not only was Mike an absolute joy to work with, not once did I feel pressured to make a deal on a car. From the first phone call until I picked up my new Crosstrek, it was clear to me that the wonderful team at Cityside Subaru was more interested in me getting what I wanted, than they were in making a quick sale. Diogo Malmonge was clear and answered all of our questions regarding pricing and helped us decide if a hybrid or traditional Crosstrec or Forester was right for us. He spent the time needed test driving and showing us how to use the new digital features. Our old Forester was a 2010. Consequently, we had a lot to learn in terms of the new digital technology being employed. My partner Nancy and I are both retired college professors and we can say that Diogo is an outstanding teacher and salesman - actually the type of salesperson we prefer to work with.
