I have been in the Automotive Industry for 10 years, started as a cashier at a GM Dealership, over time on the course of my 7 years there, I transitioned to Service Administrator booking appointments and looking after the internal accounts on vehicles being Safety for Sale. Currently I am at 3 years working at a Toyota Dealership, where I am a Service Advisor. I have been working hard to establish a new way of providing a Service for my customers, that only by working on this field, a person is able to mold to benefit the Service that suits better for individual needs. Customers are very important, helps us to outgrow our line or work around such a competitive market, so nurturing and caring for a customer's vehicle as if it was your own, enhances the experience to a satisfactory level that creates connections that can last for a long time. I took in my RAV4 Hybrid for general servicing prior to a major road trip. Enna was my Service Advisor. Turns out there were several issues that needed to be addressed , including a major leak in the timing major road trip. Enna was my Service Advisor. Turns out there were several issues that needed to be addressed , including a major leak in the timing cap that was still under warranty, but only until I hit 100K. It had to be fixed before my trip and everything was done to make sure that happened. I was extremely pleased with the service -- and excellent communication. More

I own a 2020 RAV4 Limited Hybrid and this is the third time that I had problems with the hybrid system. It has been getting progressively worse and last Monday after driving 4 hours to London, was the wor time that I had problems with the hybrid system. It has been getting progressively worse and last Monday after driving 4 hours to London, was the worst case which I found very stressful. I was able to drive the car to Toyota Town to have it checked out. I did experience a great customer service with Nathalie El Asmar and Enna Pinacho the Service Advisor. Both, Enna and Nathalie were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. They quickly recognized the problem and got the right people involved to resolve the situation. I appreciated their dedication to their work and professionalism in quickly understanding and resolving all outstanding concerns that I had. Thank you very much and your 5 Star service renewed my faith in Toyota. As a bonus Toyota washed the car for me and checked out a few additional things even though I did not buy the car in London. More
