Edge-of-tread tire puncture required tire replacement. Options reviewed. Decision to replace with a "shaved" new tire (would have taken 2-3 days) reversed upon closer examination of tread wear; purchased Options reviewed. She was incredibly helpful and cheerful and answered all of my questions. Luis walked with me to check out several vehicles and was very informative. We had a good amount of time to talk and he was open, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I called him a day later with a few questions and he couldn't have been nicer. I then worked with Derek on the finance side. He was great and answered all of my questions. There was no pushing to upsell me on add-ons and he understood that I was in a bit of a hurry to get to work. Finally, I had started my day in the service department with Delaney. She was extremely knowledgeable and so easy to work with. She was so friendly and welcoming. You guys have a great team. More
