arrived on time. was met by a service rep who verified appointment. checked filters as we had been in Oregon during the fires. vehicle was taken into service area and we waited for it in your spacious cus appointment. checked filters as we had been in Oregon during the fires. vehicle was taken into service area and we waited for it in your spacious customer lounge. television was playing hallmark christmas special which was as bad as it sounds. did not get a chance to go to the sales section to meet Clint or talk to Emmy. the Hybrid is a fantastic vehicle. Washington is missing a bet if they are unable to sell. Beaverton/Hillsboro traffic was horrible but the map system got us to and from with no problem. Oil change was expensive but I assume that it is synthetic and I do like the 6000 or 6 month as we had about 3500 miles on it in 6 months. More

So overall the experience was very good. Buying a car is just a stressful experience and it really should not be. It would be nice to just know that everyone is getting the best possibly and same price. J just a stressful experience and it really should not be. It would be nice to just know that everyone is getting the best possibly and same price. Just too bad the industry does not just make one price for a car. I felt we got a fair price but really no real way of knowing and that is just too bad and a drawback for the industry. I would recommend the guys who worked with us. I feel like they were fair and doing the best with what they had to offer. It’s just really the industry that makes me crazy. I think the whole industry could use as overhaul! More

Emmylea gave me a fantastic orientation on how everything works inside my new Subaru Forester (i.e.- software, controls, music, lights, weather, satellite radio, etc). I could bot believe all of the things t works inside my new Subaru Forester (i.e.- software, controls, music, lights, weather, satellite radio, etc). I could bot believe all of the things that you can do and have access to. She has a great knowledge of their Subaru cars and was very patient with me. She is a great extension of their sales team! This was our 2nd new Subaru with salesman Daniel Beaupain, and 5th new vehicle from Royal Moore since 2007. They have always stood behind their promises and warranty. Their staff never make us feel Beaupain, and 5th new vehicle from Royal Moore since 2007. They have always stood behind their promises and warranty. Their staff never make us feel rushed or pressured. They never seem annoyed when I call with random questions because I can't remember everything they showed me about the new tech in the cars. Their prices are very transparent, and there are no surprise fees. My only complaint is that they used to give little gift baskets with new cars. Like a vehicle swag, chocolate, and a water bottle. But COVID ruined that too. :-( More

I’ve been going to Royal Moore for several years, mostly to service my Forester. And it’s a drive for me but that’s just how much I think of the service department at RM. so much so that when I went shoppin to service my Forester. And it’s a drive for me but that’s just how much I think of the service department at RM. so much so that when I went shopping for a new car, they were one of my first stops. And they didnt disappoint - Jim in Sales worked with me throughout the process, the test drives, the trade in and the financials, making me feel comfortable and never pressured. A super positive experience. And Emilyea in Customer Experience gave me a thorough run through of all the features of my new Subaru in great detail answering all my questions. Awesome! More
