Emmylea was amazing! She patiently spent close to an hour FaceTiming with me so that we could go over all the bells and whistles on my new Crosstrek. He was fairly new when I called to order my car but was responsive and helpful and eager to ask others when needed. The finance department was more difficult for me. I waited almost four hours and was so exhausted that I really did not feel comfortable with what I was signing. Then received someone else's financial contract It was stuffed in an envelope and handed to me as I was leaving. When I got home and realized the mistake, I called immediately. It took four calls to get any response. Then another call to request my financial contract which finally was emailed to me after I had to call again. Felt uncomfortable and unprofessional More

Emmylea was very friendly on our follow-up call and also well informed. One thing I would suggest is maybe cut back a bit on pushing for add-on's during contract signing. Working in Sales I know better than most the importance of upselling... But after what was a very streamlined & quick purchase process we wished that the last step (signing) could have gone quicker. Overall we were very happy with Royal Moore, and I'm sure we'll be back. More
