Emmylea was a delight. She answered all of our questions and even provided answers to questions we didn't think of to ask but were glad she did. The 2021 Outback has a lot more technology and "bells & whis and even provided answers to questions we didn't think of to ask but were glad she did. It is hard to give the dealership high marks, because I did not go in with the intent to buy a new car. That said I made one mistake after another and paid full price for the car.
