After the bad experience that I had with your consultant Emil, Dave was much more down to earth and did'nt seem so sarcastic about customer need's and wants. With the managers brian help at toyota of Orland Emil, Dave was much more down to earth and did'nt seem so sarcastic about customer need's and wants. With the managers brian help at toyota of Orlando they mayed my day a great success. They need more customer friendly people like Dave, he took the time to give me the quality care and assurance that I needed to feel confortable again with your services. Brian the manager also gave me a $50 dollar incentative towards my services, hopefully I will not have poor judgement on customer quality and self worth, especially when it comes to communication and understanding. Dave the service consultant and brian the service manager met my need's today and fulfill the right customer satisfaction, this is what makes a customer come back and gain that loyalty and great customer rapport. More
