My husband and I came to Audi with the intent to see what options were available to us especially since we were financing, but not necessarily to purchase a car at this time. After meeting Jhovan he was personable and and knowledgeable. Needless to say he met our needs and we ended up purchasing two vehicles! Jhovan made our experience comfortable and no pressure was involved, I would highly recommend Audi in Ontario, and Jhovan is your man! More

Because of the lengthy process, it would have helped to have a vending machine in the showroom area with snacks to boost waning energy level because of diabetic condition. Had to go back into the employee lounge to use their vending machine. Just a helpful suggestion to avoid future buyers from getting "hangrey"!!! Food always makes happy customers!😋 Otherwise, the experience was most positive. We were introduced to key people in the servicing dept for our future service/maintenance appts. We are longtime Lexus customers jumping ship for several reasons........don't like the new redesign and customer service going 'downhill'. More
