E.T. was a great help picking out a new car to replace my expired lease. He showed me cars that were in my budget and looked for any possible rebate! Greatly appreciated! Good Sales / Poor Management Salesman was helpful. Took 2 hours to finalize paperwork after we agreed on a price in 15 minutes. Covid 19 was blamed for personnel shortage. We we Salesman was helpful. Great customer care. When you go to this dealership, you have to ask for ET Torrez. He was extremely polite and professional. He helped us lease a Niro EV and he got it When you go to this dealership, you have to ask for ET Torrez. He was extremely polite and professional. He helped us lease a Niro EV and he got it down to the price I wanted. Now he's working on getting us a Telluride, the hottest car on the market. Every Kia dealership is selling out of these cars faster than they can get them on the lot. ET is working on getting us our car within the next month. When I've called by phone, ET has either answered right away or returned my call promptly. ET has been very attentive and we could tell he really wanted to help us. I would highly recommend this dealership and ET Torrez. More
