Came in for an oil change for my CX-5. I emailed Elizabeth (service manager) before booking to inquire on the price. She responded promptly and left proper notes on my booking for the service advisor in regards to a club discount I had. Price was better than I expected (cheaper than quick lube place). On the day of service Geo took care of me and was great to deal with. I was surprised that the experience overall was better than I expected for a location that's part of a large chain of dealers.
Every time I book an appointment they go out of their way to waste my time. Inconsideration seems to be an official policy. Requested a simple oil change even booked ahead online when I arrived they told me it would be a 2 hour wait. Unacceptable, I believe their attitude is based on it being a prepaid account. If you buy from this dealership expect no service and to be treated like a second class owner and don't under any circumstances get the prepaid oil changes as they will discourage you with poor service from using them.
Go mazda has been great to work with. They have an open approach to sales. They consult with you to see what vehicle may be a match for you. For the parts and service side, they are very friendly as well. We hadn’t been recommended things that we don’t necessarily need. They do have their maintenance schedules though should one choose to use those intervals.
