From the moment I brought my car to Robert, Sueann, Elise and Brandon were all so pleasant. I am also always thankful for the jokes and great stories they have when I stop in. Their personalities definitely make the visit easier and help relieve the stress of your car needing service. I had an issue with my car and they made sure it was taken care of promptly and I was provided a loaner during the service to keep me going. I love my new car and it's great to have such a great delaership behind me. I am glad that I purchased from the best dealership and I was so pleased with Kalo, I have already referred 2 people to purchase from Jim Ellis. I'm sure I'll be sending so many more! More

Lost my appointment reservation due to "computer problems", and took two days and $200 in labor to change the battery. Hopefully the warranty will be good for something and hopefully I can use at a different service department. Very unhappy! More
