As a first time car buyer, I can say Alex and the team here were patient and eager to make the process as smooth and simple as possible. When I started looking for a car, Subaru wasn’t on my list until se here were patient and eager to make the process as smooth and simple as possible. When I started looking for a car, Subaru wasn’t on my list until several other dealerships had market adjustments and dealer fees totaling thousands of dollars. After stopping briefly by Subaru and speaking to Alex, I started seriously considering a few Subaru models. While limited by what they had available at the time, Alex worked hard to allow me to see and/or test drive the closest models they had to the vehicles I was considering. Once I decided what I wanted, the team here was able to find and order exactly what I was looking for. Alex kept me informed throughout the wait and a few weeks later it arrived and I was able to pick it up the next day. He walked me through several of the features of the car again, made sure I was comfortable with it, and kept the whole process a positive experience! I will be recommending this dealership and Alex to anyone looking for a new vehicle right now More
