I have been kept to wait for more than 3 hours on my test drive day (I ha dto rush to airport for picking up my friends) then was 2 hours(maybe due to 2 more customers being served at the same time). Edmond was prompt in replying to my inquiry through the website and really helped me through the process of leasing a car. This was the first time I have financed a car and everyone from Edmond to his mana website and really helped me through the process of leasing a car. They were very upfront with me as I turned in my prior Acura lease (leased from another dealer). I wanted to Lease a different model, and they explained all of the terms very clearly. Absolutely a great experience. I called originally about a used MDX I saw on the internet that was very comparable to one my wife and I had test drove at another dealership. The only reason we didn't purcha a used MDX I saw on the internet that was very comparable to one my wife and I had test drove at another dealership. The only reason we didn't purchase that one was due to a minor negotiating differential that Marin Acura was able to accommodate via phone thanks to Ben. Unfortunately we never got to meet Ben by the time we arrived, but Alex and Edmond took great care of us and walked my wife and I through all the details of the vehicle. Thanks again to all of you! we checked the entire bay area for a car. Ben was prompt professional and in a short period provided the best price. I usually dislike dealing with dealerships due to some bad experiences both personal and stories from friends. I talked to Ben regarding price on a TL but i was still wary due to dealers adding fee's and bad experiences both personal and stories from friends. I talked to Ben regarding price on a TL but i was still wary due to dealers adding fee's and upping the agreed upon price. But when i got there he was very professional and he sat me down with edmund to start with paperwork. It all went very well. Ben kept his word and edmund and jean-pierre were easy to talk to and work with. They helped me feel relaxed and reassured me that no 'tricks' will be played and were true there word. All in all it was a great buying experience and I highly recommend this dealership. The customer service was great and the customer service alone was worth the slightly higher price at Marin Acura. More
