Hi, my name is Edgar, and I was born and raised in Nogales, AZ but have been living in Tucson for more than ten years. I have a six-year-old daughter that I adore. I love to watch the Pittsburgh Steelers every year as well as the Los Angelas Lakers. I am huge on family so in my Spare time I mostly spend time with family and friends grilling, camping, swimming. I have been with Tucson Subaru for a year and a half now and I can honestly say I love where I work. We are a big family here and we treat our customers as such. I recently purchased a 2024 Subaru Outback from Tucson Subaru. Edgar Gaxiola was the sales consultant who assisted me in purchasing a car that is perfect for my needs and stage of life. It was time to tra Subaru. Edgar Gaxiola was the sales consultant who assisted me in purchasing a car that is perfect for my needs and stage of life. It was time to trade in my 2004 Subaru Outback that I had driven for 20 years. Edgar listened to my concerns about letting go of the familiar and stepping into a new technologically advanced vehicle, (compared to what I was driving). Edgar patiently explained the different models of cars, the benefits of each and how they would suit my needs. In summary, Edgar is an asset to your company. He is knowledgeable, patient, kind, and so much more than a "sales consultant." He is professional at all times, listens to the customer, and repeats the information as often as necessary. Working with Edgar Gaxiola, at Tucson Subaru was an excellent car buying experience. Edgar was personable, professional, and engaging. A nice touch when you're getting ready to purchase a new vehicle. Edgar introduced my wife and me to Jennifer, in finance, and the positive experience continued. The time to purchase our new Subaru Outback Wilderness passed quickly. Overall, we felt heard, respected, and we believe a good transaction was made.
