Ed is fantastic!! I love my MB but the reason I would buy another MB is Ed. He always has a smile on his voice (when I talk to him on the phone) and is a pleasure to de I love my MB but the reason I would buy another MB is Ed. He always has a smile on his voice (when I talk to him on the phone) and is a pleasure to deal with. He always takes time to explain what is being done to the car and is fair in recommending what things should be done right away and what can wait until the next service visit. I have 2 MB that I bought at this dealership. My oldest is 8 years old and is great to have the consistency of having someone like Ed through all these years. More
