I was in an accident and used the service center where I bought my Mercedes. And they told me nothing was wrong. When my husband came he showed them the broken undercarriage. And his answer was " Oh...we mu bought my Mercedes. And they told me nothing was wrong. When my husband came he showed them the broken undercarriage. And his answer was " Oh...we must have missed it. Did you want to bring it back again and we'll look at it? " The service center here and it's employees are a joke. On top of we had to call days later with no response from anyone to let us know they'd already finshed the inspection. In less than 24hrs it had been looked at and no one could call us? Seriously? Do better mercedes! More
