test ride to check wheel vibration I notice a vibration on my front right area of my Kia Sorento. I drove car to South Hills Kia and asked Jamie in the service dept. to check this out. I notice a vibration on my front right area of my Kia Sorento. I drove car to South Hills Kia and asked Jamie in the service dept. to check this out. after several test drives it was determined the tires were the problem. 2018 Kia Sorento My husband and I recently purchased a new Kia Sorento from South Hills Kia. We were greeted by Eddie, but not pressured to make the sale. We generally My husband and I recently purchased a new Kia Sorento from South Hills Kia. We were greeted by Eddie, but not pressured to make the sale. We generally knew what type of vehicle we we’re interested in. Eddie listened to us and what our needs were for our vehicle. We wanted a V6 engine with 3 rows of seating. We either wanted the LX or EX model. He showed us the LX first and we did a test drive. Then the key he had grabbed to show us the EX model had a sunroof. I told him that I was not interested in a sunroof—just not my thing. He did not try to persuade me to get a vehicle with features I did not want. Instead, he ran back into the dealership to get me a key for a vehicle with the features and colors (exterior and interior) that we were interested in. We took the EX with the features we wanted for a test drive and decided to purchase this vehicle. He did not pressure us for the sale. It was a refreshing experience at a car dealership. More
