Hi, thank you for taking the time to bring this negative experience to our attention. Cancelations of 3rd party service contracts do take time. to clarify the process, you completed the cancelation request form on Aug 24th. It then gets forwarded to the ESC company for processing after which the ESC company issues a refund to the Lien holder who once received processes the funds and posts to the account in question. Unfortunately, this is not a fast process and is out of the dealership's hands.

It truly disappoints us that you were unsatisfied with your visit. We do our very best to exceed expectations with all of our customers. We have policies set in place so that customers are guaranteed safety. It is important to us that each vehicle passes our safety inspections before the vehicle test driven which the vehicle that you requested to test drive had not undergone these inspections quite yet. We also apologize that we could not agree on the value of your trade-in. This is not to say that your vehicle was not in good condition. Although it is unfortunate that we were unable to reach an agreement, we appreciate the time you took to consult with us. We evaluated other dealers advertising and selling under the same vehicle for what we deemed the vehicles value to be. We also shared the JD Power (Trade) value for the vehicle they wanted to purchase was advertised for over $2,000 less than the suggested.
