Ed Dembski helped beyond words After working in the automotive business for 20 years, I know how shady some dealerships can be. This past weekend our 18 year old truck was giving u After working in the automotive business for 20 years, I know how shady some dealerships can be. This past weekend our 18 year old truck was giving us problems again, and we decided to see about finally replacing it. We drove out to Ray Chevrolet because we heard so many good things about them. I spoke with Ed Dembski over the phone and he was more than willing to meet with us even though we couldn't make it there until an hour before closing time. Ed was more than accommodating with us. He let us view about 6 different vehicles, test drove several of them as well. He stayed 3 hours after closing time with us while we decided on a vehicle and completed the paperwork. We ended up with an excellent deal on a slightly used vehicle, and couldn't be happier! Thank you Ed Dembski! We will definitely be coming back to Ray Chevrolet for our next vehicle purchase! More

Leasing a car My friend said let me take you to my dealer when I decided to look at cars, he said there the best. Somewhat hesitant I agreed as they were 2 hours a My friend said let me take you to my dealer when I decided to look at cars, he said there the best. Somewhat hesitant I agreed as they were 2 hours away from me. My salesperson was Ed and from the moment we meant I knew I was in good hands. Told him what I wanted and he showed me a car with everything I wanted but the wrong color. His sales team worked up there numbers and with the first comeback he was right around the price from my local dealer, I said I may as well stay local since it's not a difference. Once again the sales test went to work and came back with a lower price on the next step up model than what my dealer had quoted. I knew at that time I was getting a deal the only drawback was I wasn't getting my color but at that point I said "hey it's only 3 years". Let's do it!!! Waiting for paperwork to get drawn up I looked around and not one sales desk was empty, they were all busy trying to make someone's dream come true. Never did I feel like a number but someone that cared about me--I even joked with Ed they should be serving me lunch for as long as I've been here and within 5 minutes he returned with 2 plates of food--simply amazing Aldo why I waited Ray the owner came over to thank me and ever talked blackhawks with me as I'm a huge fan. We shook hands and he was on his way only to return with h a box that housed a pen and a leather key chain. All I can say is this was a pleasant experience from the moment I walked in the door, never did I feel any pressure to buy but a relaxing and caring team that truly car about there customers. Thanks again guys and I'll see you in three years!! More
