Best car buying experience ever. My experiences from the first call to driving off the lot were the best ever. I'm in my fifties and have purchased many new and used cars and only now My experiences from the first call to driving off the lot were the best ever. I'm in my fifties and have purchased many new and used cars and only now experienced a dealership that truly understands customer service. Great Buying Experience Ed Dembski is very knowledgeable of GM and the cars he sells. He does not use pressure tactics. Fantastic experience I recently went to Ray Chevrolet to get information about a vehicle that I am interested in getting. I was approached by Ed Dembski, who is a verteran sales professional. Ed answered all my questions, showed me around the dealership and encouraged me to test drive the vehicle. At no time did I ever feel pressure. Ed spent considerable time with me knowing that I will not be ready to purchase until early next year. He was so knowledgeable and took his time explaining everything that was relevant to me as a potential customer. I wish every car sales person was like Ed, as he made my experience there such a wonderful one. When it's time for my purchase, I will without question purchase from Ed at Ray Chevrolet. More

Friendly atmoshphere Easy people to deal with, and not pushy salesmen, which was awesome!! Best service I have been a customer of Ray's since Bohmer chevy closed it's doors. Was not sure where to go and heard only good things about Ray's.
