This was my least favorite visit (3/8/21). With all my experience with this dealership, I have decided NOT to return from this most recent experience. This was a complete waste of my time, and I find their RELENTLESS pursuit a complete turn off. And then for them to turn it around on me as to what I was looking for... The dealership asked me to come in... I wasn't looking for anything. Then to call me back days later and ask me to come back for another opinion when they didn't nail the sale!?!? I will NOT buy a vehicle from Al Hendrickson again! Absolutely RELENTLESS. More

The std features that came with the limited are not likely in the XLT, it will take me awhile to explore. In addition, with trade and cash I went over my budget by $4,000. Thus I am not a happy camper but guess I will have to live with it. More

This was my 4th purchase at Al Hendrickson Toyota and this time was not good. I have purchased 2 Corollas and 2 Camrys from the dealership and was hoping for a better deal. The "loyalty program" clearl this time was not good. I have purchased 2 Corollas and 2 Camrys from the dealership and was hoping for a better deal. The "loyalty program" clearly doesn't work here. The worst part was after purchasing a 2021 Camry, they didn't even fill up the tank! The gas tank was at a half. I was really disappointed. Did I mention this was my 4th purchase at this dealership? It's the little things that matter. I would love to speak to Al to let him know that this time was less than perfect customer service. More
