Eduardo seems to know his biz and I felt he was straight with me. Building is old and poorly maintained. Lights out, ceiling tiles stained, walls dented and paint peeling. Furniture bad. Lots of idle staf with me. Building is old and poorly maintained. Lights out, ceiling tiles stained, walls dented and paint peeling. Furniture bad. Lots of idle staff. Didn’t like email questions about whether car came with second key fob, being ignored until I paid for vehicle. Lexus wants $600 for a second key! I felt finance office gave me rediculous interest rate for 72 months at over 10%. I said I could get 6.24 for 36 months and 6.44 for 48 months from my bank. I felt $4000 of add on fees was disrespectful and lies continued on what they were used for. I was charged for window treatment, none is on car. Car was not washed at time of pickup. Window sticker still on windshield when I was finally going to leave with car. Unfortunate situation. More
