The worst car buying experience I've ever had PERIOD! It took'em 24 days and 5 times going directly in person to the dealership to pay off my old car loan that I've traded in,nobody responds to your phone c took'em 24 days and 5 times going directly in person to the dealership to pay off my old car loan that I've traded in,nobody responds to your phone calls,emails,I had to open a client relationship case by Acura in order for them to take some action and they literally messed up my credit record because my old car loan bank reported a late payment to the credit bureau.their excuse was that the paperwork was processed and finalized late. The whole experience was very pleasant! I liked that Dustin was not pushy and knew about all the features and differences between the cars I liked! We had agreed on a payment and Trade in value for my car. But instead of giving me what we agreed on my Trade in, they added to the car value. So on papers, it looked like I got what we agreed on my Trade in But instead of giving me what we agreed on my Trade in, they added to the car value.
