Being a part of the Acura family over the past 6 years, I had the wonderful experience working with Gerardo Arquines on my recent Acura acquisition. Being a part of the Acura family over the past 6 years, I had actually considered going with a different vehicle until Gerardo spoke with me and provided me with honest statistics and some thought provoking facts, leading me back to Acura. Gerardo's attention to the customer was another HUGE plus. I initially scheduled our meeting to sign on the incorrect day, but instead of making me wait, Gerardo was willing to work with the staff to get someone to assist me with the close of our deal, without skipping a beat. Although I declined, it made me feel like I was a valued customer..... I returned a few days later, with Dustin waiting for me to arrive, and continued the superior customer service. I think Gerardo put me in excellent hands with Dustin and I would have to say that it was due to the service of both gentlemen, I was put at ease having to deal with a different dealership and staff than what I had become accustomed to. I had the pleasure of working with Dustin to purchase our 2011 Sonata. I was amazed at how well mannered and friendly the staff were, and how important my comfort level was to them. I was a little nervous at first but those feelings were put aside right away. The manager Marcin came and spoke with us, and made sure everything was going well. The finance manager was great as well, and was able to work a miracle to get me financed. I will definitely come back here when I'm ready to purchase a new car and I will definitely recommend Arlington Acura to anybody looking for a car! More

Dustin showed us a number of vehicles but they didnt have what we wanted at that time. He took good notes and let me know that evening what he had, and what was being prepared for sale. We touched base a few days later and i came back that day. Dustin promised that he could meet the montly payment that I wanted to be at, and provided unparallelled service. The deal got signed and Dustin was the reason! My wife said that we HAVE to purchase from this location because Dustin offered to assist in putting my jeep top on, after he was off work. That type of service is unheard of. The only problem is that Dustin doesnt do mortgages, real estate, insurance, or childcare...because I would definately give him my business in all of those markets as well! Great hire ROARMAN! More
