Great support from Duane Duane May was knowledgeable about the cars we were interested in purchasing and made test driving easy and hassle free. His sales manager, on the othe Duane May was knowledgeable about the cars we were interested in purchasing and made test driving easy and hassle free. His sales manager, on the other hand, was a hassle who seemed insistent that I know they can’t sell a car at a loss. I even watched him lecture Duane once, which nearly changed my decision to buy the car. Had it not been for Duane, I would give the dealership one star. I hope someone will visit with the sales manager and help him understand a customer doesn’t care how much a car costs the dealership, before he spoils future, less-experienced salesmen’s deals or over complicates more of Duane's future deals. Purchase of 2020 Camry Overall it was a very good experience. Car lot was full of cars both used and new. Our sales rep was very accommodating (Duane May). He pulled several cars out in the open drive so we could see them better and were able to open doors all the way for easy access. He was very knowledgeable of the product and took ample time after the sale to answer and demo some of the smart features on our new purchase. He was very helpful also in set up some of those new feature for us, i.e., phone contacts, radio preferences, etc. Other than us (my husband and I) not being aware that new cars must be driven for a spell before the gas mpg reads properly our experience was excellent. When we were driving home he noticed we were only getting 11 mpg and we kind of freaked out, since we live in the country and wanted a car with good gas mileage. Showroom was clean and well organized. Sodas, water and coffee was available for us and I believe snacks also, if we wanted something to eat or drink. I will recommend Toyota of McKinney to family and friends. More
