His communication was active and helpful without being overbearing or pushy (how refreshing!). At one point I misunderstood the process of adding accessories to a new vehicle purchase, but Troy was very patient and helpful explaining my gap in understanding without rushing me or brushing off my concerns. By the end of my purchase process, I knew exactly what I was getting and my personal purchase and pricing spreadsheets exactly matched the dealer's.
