The actual service for the vehicle was great. However I wish the website accurately reflected the shuttle availability. Why let me indicate I will use the shuttle service when I book my appointment if ther wish the website accurately reflected the shuttle availability. Why let me indicate I will use the shuttle service when I book my appointment if there is no shuttle is available on that day (weekend)? I’ve also previously noted that the shuttle availability is incorrect on the site for weekdays, since it states that the shuttle is available until 11am and then again at 3:30pm. In reality the shuttle is available until 1:30pm. (And maybe not again later?) More

Drew was super helpful when I was having issues with my car last week. He was able to get my car serviced and had a rental ready for me in less than 24 hours!
