I had a good experience overall. There were few mishaps in getting to the final price, the final price was changed at least 3 to 4 different times as the wrong price were either add and not removed correc in getting to the final price, the final price was changed at least 3 to 4 different times as the wrong price were either add and not removed correctly until the 3rd or 4th attempts. I feel my trade was significantly under valved compared to the quote I was initially given before coming to the dealership and once at the dealership during the appraisal the appraiser I feel knit picked through the trade to get the vehicle to the trade valve they wanted. As the whole appraisal process took much longer then it should, which was more than likely increased as a result of the attempting to short me on the trade. As an example, the sheering wheel had small amount of wear/buildup, which probably could have easily been cleaned with the proper cleaning materials, but they deducted something like $675.00. More

This is the 2nd vehicle I have purchased from Luther Hudson Chevy. I went knowing exactly what I was looking for (which was not a chevy) and I had a wonderful experience buying my last vehicle with them Hudson Chevy. I worked with different sales staff and different finance staff than years ago, but my experience was just as rewarding and enjoyable.
