This is the reason I gave it a 4 star rating. The car I was looking at was slightly damaged from a minor accident. I started the paperwork but said I wanted to see the vehicle after it was fixed before th was looking at was slightly damaged from a minor accident. I started the paperwork but said I wanted to see the vehicle after it was fixed before the final deal. Before the car came back to the dealership I was contacted by the loan company saying my loan was processed. Calling Luther I was told someone processed it even though I was originally told it was to be held until the car came back. That was upsetting to me. They did apologize and I had a good experience with Nick Bell when I came to get the vehicle. Nick spent a long time with us showing us all the features my car had. More

I had a pleasant experience however the salesman was also dealing with another customer. He didnt put the temporary plate on the back window. He called while I was driving home in a hard rain.
