I purchased a brand new crv from this dealership not even a year ago; Yesterday I took it in with the service oil light on to do my first oil change. My appointment was at 12pm it took 2 hours and 47 mins to a year ago; Yesterday I took it in with the service oil light on to do my first oil change. My appointment was at 12pm it took 2 hours and 47 mins to do an oil change. If I could give a negative 1 rating that’s what it would be. I would never buy another car from this dealership again. More

We are deeply disappointed with the service at your dealership. On December 28, 2023, we brought our vehicle in for service, discovering significant damage on December 30, 2023 (time-stamped photos ava dealership. We reported it to service advisor Drake Alexander on January 7, 2024, citing valid reasons for the delay in notification. Despite expecting a thorough investigation, Mr. Alexander dismissed our concerns, baselessly accusing us of causing the damage at Walmart. Requests for the service manager's contact information and/or insurance information were met with uncooperativeness, false claims of checking security footage, and repeated lies. He suggested the week delay in reporting absolved Crown of responsibility, which is deeply concerning. Our expectation for a satisfactory resolution included acknowledgment of the inconvenience, an invitation to review the damage, and a proactive approach to resolution, even if at our cost. Unfortunately, Mr. Alexander's behavior fell short of our hopes. We believe a reputable dealership should prioritize customer satisfaction and promptly address issues. It would appear that Crown has failed to train this employee on de-escalation and basic customer service skills. He falls short of the expectations the Crown brand brings to the table. We highly suggest working with another advisor at Crown due to his inability to handle challenging situations, should they unfortunately arise. Sadly for Crown and the Honda brand, this has left such a bad taste in our mouth that we will likely not shop this dealership group or brand in the future. There are far too many options for make/models and dealerships out there to subject ourselves to this level of service. More

I always come to Crown Honda to get my car serviced through Drake. He's always professional, attentive, and assures me that I will be taken care of. It's nice to be able to have someone you trust to ta through Drake. He's always professional, attentive, and assures me that I will be taken care of. It's nice to be able to have someone you trust to take care of your car. He always explains things thoroughly, including all costs. He even followed up with me about a part recall on my car. We always have a great experience at Crown. We didn’t have an appointment but had a nail in the tire and needed an oil change. The were able to get us in and out within 90 min as promised.
