We were scheduled to come in for service for a recall. We had company come in from Tennessee for a vacation. We did not cancel the service recall appointment because we thought it was a safety issue. Then when my wife brought the vehicle in for the service appointment she was told by the service technician that you do not keep the recall parts in stock. Therefore we would have to reschedule the appointment after the parts come in. I cannot believe that your departments do not communicate with each other! Why would you have a policy where one department is allowed to schedule an appointment when they don’t know anything about the parts or service person who is scheduled to complete the work. I believe your customer’s time is just as valuable as you and your service people. I am sure you would agree! Please give me a call so we can discuss appropriate compensation for our wasted time. This dealership has never disappointed me and I'm on my 4th Hyundai with them. The service department is one of the best I have ever dealt with.
