This dealership does not believe in communications. It was a painful process to talk to someone if you ever have questions or need assistance. No one seems willing to answer their phones, nor will they re was a painful process to talk to someone if you ever have questions or need assistance. No one seems willing to answer their phones, nor will they return phone calls. After-sales support does not exist, it looks like they will take your money, but then you are on your own. After the sales consultant finalized my buying process, I tried numerous times to contact Brad Marshall, the business manager, to have him correct an error on the sales contract, where an extra $1,000 was added by "mistakes" (I am sure if I did not catch that, it was not a "mistakes" and will be just fine for them). However, after several attempts and voicemails, Mr. Marshall never answered his phone nor returned any of my call-back requests, so I was left on my own to figure things out and hope I was right. Eventually, after many tries, I was able to talk with Myles Rijos (The other business manager), who was very helpful and assisted me with my issues, even though my finance process was not his responsibility. So big kudo to Myles. Fast forward 30 days later, the temporary tag is about to on my car, the dealership is to get my vehicle registered and obtain the license plate from DMV, but I have not received the plate and registration yet. So in 2 days, I cannot drive my car legally anymore. I called the dealership asking about the license plate and registration, talked with a sales consultant, but was told that he knows nothing about the process and referred me to either Brad Marshall (business manager) or Doug Mueller (Used car sales manager). He said he would ask either one of them to call me back. 24 hours later, still no call, no status, nor plate. I suppose to make a phone call to help a customer is too much work for them? Now I understand why Carmax and Carvana are doing so well and winning over traditional old-school dealerships like this one that operates under the 1980s model. Bottom line, if you want hassles and headaches, this dealership is for you; otherwise, take your business elsewhere. Update #1: After the initial post, I received a message from Mr. Mueller through this website. It looks to be a copy and paste boilerplate reply, "I would like to see if I can offer some assistance ...", nevertheless, I made the phone call, no surprise, got the voicemail (I tried three times), left him a message to have him call me back, guess what, still no call. No surprise that he will not call back. I do not expect him to, which is consistent with this dealership's practice. Update # 2: Received a phone call from Mr. Mueller, he asked me what are the issues I am having? Really, after all that and many messages, he does not know what issues I am having? Turn out, he was not interested in listening to me, instead, he forgot to have me sign the Carfax report when I purchase the vehicle, so left me a voicemail on 12/30/2021 and ask that I need to have it signed and send it back to him by 12/31/2021 so he can close out the year. When I bought that up and told him that he got what he wanted to cover his mistake and now is his turn to return a favor to correct all his other mistakes that affect me, he immediately got upset at me and said I did not do what he asked right away, because it takes 3 days for the signed copy to reach the dealership. Please, let this nightmare be over soon, and I will never ever have to deal with Mr. Mueller and this dealership ever again. Because of the latest and so far, the only interaction with Mr. Mueller, I am having the overall rating of this dealership downgrade from 3 stars to 1, and also downgrading the friendliness rating to 1 star. Update # 3: During the only phone call with Mr. Mueller, he promised three times that he will find out my registration and license plate issue with their clerk (which he claim she is at lunch when we are on the phone, it is about 2 PM, late lunch I suppose), once he finds out the status, Mr. Mueller promised will call me back the same day. Well, another 24 hours passed, no call, no status, nothing, from Mr, Mueller. If the used car sales manager that will not keep any of his promise, imagine what his team is like! Furthermore I have reached out to other member of this dealership, including Sean Morgan, the finance manager for assistance, again, no response. At this point, I can only say that this dealership does not care about after sales support. You will be on your own. More

Robert Bell worked with us for a couple weeks, trying to find the the right car solution for us--we were picky.
