Steve Guzman is unprofessional and dishonest. I told him about the rear passenger side tire pressure sensor not working prior to signing. This is a lie because I showed him a picture of the sensor not working...prior to signing. I trusted he fixed it but he did not. Secondly, I do not appreciate being called "bro" repeatedly. I have texts to prove as well. I am NOT his bro. I respect Doug in the finance department but as far as I can tell, Steve Guzman will ruin the reputation of the dealership. I even asked if the vehicle could be delivered to my house and said, "they don't really do that." This was a horrible car buying experience thanks to Steve. I will not recommend people buy from Northside Lexus. More
