a very good experiance my initial contact was with Kate, if it wasn't for her I'm not sure I would have landed at maplewood toyota, A week after the contact with Kate my wif my initial contact was with Kate, if it wasn't for her I'm not sure I would have landed at maplewood toyota, A week after the contact with Kate my wife made a visit w/ Jay F. after her visit with Jay she had decided that Toyota was the way to go, Thank you Jay I've been steering her to a Toy but needed some help. On the purchase day we dealt with Doug Fulton then later with Jay. Doug was awesome he ran us thru both vehicles we were looking at, pros and cons, what may or not meet our lifestyles, no B.S. I really appreciated that. After our decision on which vehicle to buy we dealt with Seth in your finance department, once again I was impressed even though we have a good credit rating financing anything makes me uncomfortable...not with Seth, it was a pleasure to due the paperwork and warranty information. After finishing up with Seth and Doug, Jay gave my wife a complete run down on the vehicle, sync'd her phone to the car, Answered questions that we didn't even think of asking, but those that you ask after leaving the dealership. I am extremely satisfied with all of those that helped my family at Maplewood Toyota. We will be back The Harden family More

I needed to come online and write a review for Doug Fulton at the Maplewood Toyota. Doug is a bottom line. He asked what I was looking for, what my range was price wise and from there didn't waste any Fulton at the Maplewood Toyota. Doug is a bottom line. He presented me with multiple options that I actually liked and I eventually walked off the lot with a brand new Avalon. Very easy, they even provided free second key, an windshield replacement because of a chip i didn't see until after purchase. Highly recommended. They let me remove my wheels, an radio before trading windshield replacement because of a chip i didn't see until after purchase. Highly recommended. They let me remove my wheels, an radio before trading in my car with no loss to trade. Filled gas, even though it's only 25$ to fill a Prius, most dealers don't do this anymore. I didn't purchase extra warranty, my bank provided better Extended Coverage. Overall great experience, couldn't be happier with this purchase. More
