Everyone was friendly, patient, and thoroughly professional. Dorothy Blandi, Michael Stachowicz, Christine Brightwell, in sales; Sam Hadid in Finance; and Chas Jackowski in parts are outstanding professionals who will treat you right! I was particularly impressed with the fact that this dealer, unlike others I encountered, did not use the chip crisis and the ensuing car shortage to take advantage of the customer by adding addition dealer markup. I would recommend this dealership to friends and family without reservation. These are the type of folks you can send an elderly aunt to knowing she wouldn't be taken advantage of! More

Nikki was our sales rep and thankfully so. I am a very hard to please person but she new her stuff as well as everyone there from the service manager Jean, the dealership manager Edwin, and Jon our financ hard to please person but she new her stuff as well as everyone there from the service manager Jean, the dealership manager Edwin, and Jon our finance manager. I felt truly appreciated as a customer. They introduced us to everyone and made us feel like the VIPs. We did not even haggle for a better price simply because the price was already well below everyone else’s. We went to City Kia first and they did not even want to honor the MSRP simply because demand is so high. Sport Mitsubishi Subaru not only honored their price but was much lower than the MSRP. No dealer fees or hidden charges either. Clean cut easy to read paperwork. As a matter of fact we like their team so much, we are planning on bringing Phoenix (new Ascent) back for all of her visits even though there are probably 10 closer Subaru dealerships closer. More

From start to finish the whole process took us no more than 4 1/2 hours to go and test drive do all the work up and drive off. The trade-in for my mini was absolutely amazing more than we anticipated. Actually everyone that we dealt with on Friday, July 2, 2021 were really helpful friendly and not pushy at all. More
